Fees :  I am offering counseling for £35.00 for the therapeutic hour for working people.  For those on low incomes and benefits I will offer my service for £15.00 for the hour.  Proof of this and benefits will need to be seen over the screen, thank you.

To provide you with clarity and certainty, I offer a complimentary introductory meeting. This session allows you to determine whether counseling or psychotherapy is the right path for you. Some individuals find that a few therapy sessions are sufficient to address a specific issue, while others opt for longer-term engagement to delve into deeper-rooted matters.

Counselling is a talking therapy within a safe and supportive environment where you can share anything that is troubling you and be listened to in a way that helps you understand yourself better. Counselling is delivered by trained practitioners who work with people over a short or long term to help them bring about effective change or enhance their wellbeing.

We provide counselling for individuals and couples on a short or long term basis. This means you may either engage in counselling for as long as you require or choose to be allocated a set amount of solution focussed sessions with specific goals in mind.

Usually individuals choose to have therapy because they are experiencing difficulties and emotional distress in their lives. Sometimes people can be isolated but at other times, even where an individual has the most supportive family and friends, they can find it difficult, if not impossible to explain why they may be feeling down or not like themselves.
