Counselling offers a safe space for someone to talk about the things that concern him or her with someone who actively listens, doesn’t judge and provides support. Its aim is to help people become clearer about their problems and also find ways of coming up with their own answers.

SAL Counselling is committed to equal opportunities and welcomes everyone irrespective of race, gender, class, culture, marital status, physical ability, religion or sexual orientation. We also cater for clients with disabilities or who speak other languages.
